When you fill in our quote form, we process what you provide: name, company name, CVR number, email, phone number, preferred date, number of guests, menu preferences and your message.
To answer your request, prepare a quote, and plan your delivery or event.
To take steps at your request prior to a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and/or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
We share your data only with the suppliers that help us run the business, our website host and form handler (Netlify / Netlify Forms), our email/IT provider (Google Workspace) and our analytics tool (Google Analytics, once enabled). We have data processing agreements in place. Some providers (including Netlify and Google) are outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
We keep your request as long as needed to handle it and to potentially enter an agreement, then for up to 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep relevant records as required by Danish law (e.g. bookkeeping: 5 years).
